1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Weaver website, software, or digital menu services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you are registering on behalf of a food establishment or business, you represent that you have the authority to bind that business.
2. Service Description & Ordering
Weaver provides digital menu creation, QR code generation, and WhatsApp order formatting tools. Weaver is a software provider and does not handle order fulfillment, cooking, delivery, or food quality. The commercial transaction remains strictly between the merchant and the end customer.
3. Merchant Responsibilities
- You are solely responsible for ensuring the accuracy of menu item descriptions, prices, Halaal/allergen statuses, and availability.
- You agree not to upload content that is unlawful, defamatory, or infringes on third-party trademarks or copyrights.
- You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential.
4. Subscriptions & Pricing
Weaver offers both a Free Forever starter tier and paid subscription plans (Pro / Business). Paid plans are billed in South African Rand (ZAR) or regional currency on a recurring monthly or annual basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time without penalty before the next billing cycle.
5. Limitation of Liability
Weaver provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by South African law, Weaver shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from downtime, WhatsApp network disruptions, or dispute between merchants and their customers.
6. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Johannesburg, Gauteng.
